I liked this more than I expected to. Skimmable but lots of good nuggets. My only complaint is that there were a lot of weight loss examples, it just got a little old.

It was an immersive read once I went past the “I have been doing that” or “I’ve known this for ages” stage and began to understand there is a method to sustain good habits in life.

I am happy to say that I could connect early chapters like “embodying an identity” and “feedback loop” & put learnings to practice when I began preparing for some of my personal projects this year.

I wish others wanting to improve themselves will give this a read.
