Luke MF Brooks. Need I say more!!?! How does the saying go... save a horse, ride a cowboy? Yup yup yup. This hot, sexy af cowboy has officially stolen my mind, body and soul. I'm obsesseddddddddd. Brother's best friend?! Reformed bad boy?! He falls first?! I could not get enough of him. I actually would love more of him please and thank you Lyla.

This book is truly movie magic. It was written so well, I played this book like a movie in my head while reading. There truly is nothing like a great cowboy romance and this was greattttt! It was a quick and easy read that was lighthearted and yet so, so hot.

I'm such a sucker for the brother's best friend trope it's not even funny. The way Brooks was with Emmy - I could not. The way he helps her heal and put her back together after her accident was everything!! I love me a man who pines and yearns for the girl and Luke delivered.

I do need to just make a note here for everyone about chapter 16!!!!!!?!!! … iykyk. Damn. Eughhhhhh. Oh, I also want to add a note about the whiskey in the office moment?! Cause holy hell why was that so hot!!?

Also, one thing that was so perfect about this book was Emmy and Teddy. They are friendship goals through and through. Love that.

I'm so excited to binge read this entire series!!!
