most confusing plot yet. no one seemed to consider that visser three could be using a kafit bird morph aquired by alloran before becoming a controller. also, it was never explained why they got pulled into zero-space in the first place

This was great! Very high stakes and the usual thorny ethical questions, including Ax torn between the Andalites and the Animorphs. And some inspiring stuff about working together. Loved it!

This was a decent read: I liked getting to better know Ax and I find his perspective a really refreshing way to look at the Animorphs' adventures. Thoughtful exploration on the idea of found family. The Leerin (sp? I'm not sure as I read the audiobook) are fascinating and the stakes were high. It did feel a bit disjointed in parts, namely with the shift from the mission at hand into z-space. A solid read, however, overall.

Cop out of an ending but I really loved it and how different it was.

Hopefully the subplot introduced here is addressed later. It felt as though the plot of this book got WAY off track

Stacks of aliens, outer space shenanigans, and 'the Jake formerly known as Prince'. Pretty fun times.
