Story was sometimes a little confusing to follow since it wasn't always obvious when it was switching from a narrative storytelling to the research style storytelling, but was still an enjoyable read.

The writing and pacing were fine but the ending fell flat for me. I think the author did a good job of fleshing out Carrie as a character, and really humanizing her. I just didn't feel like the ending was satisfying for me.

Apparently I'm in the minority that actually enjoyed it? I finished this in one day. If you liked SK's older books like The Shining, Pet Sematary, you'll like Carrie!

Also I think Stephen King forgot how "suggestive" the ending was. Like he was going to write a sequel but forgot? Or decided not to?
