It’s a pretty dark romance with lots of violence, and a tragic backstory to the FMC. I thought it was enjoyable, I just thought the chapters were a little too long. The story was alright, it seemed more of a book that has spice (like at least twice every chapter) rather than an invigorating story. Overall, I’m happy I received this ARC copy, and if you like wolves and smut, maybe you should also give it a try.

Truly obsessed with the story itself, as well as the characters, but I personally found the writing style quite confusing and clunky at times.
I'm both a horror and romance fan, (especially monster themed romance) and this book is definitely in my top 10. Helps that it also takes place in my home state, so I could literally feel her descriptions of the weather and locales. I'm not one who's usually into violent (gory) spice or very submissive FMCs, but it sure didn't turn me off either!
