Dare I say it?? Worst book I’ve read this year. Nick consistently lovebombs Shae and her girls and won’t take no for an answer

Well, let's see. I loved a lot about it, and the first half to 2/3 (approximately) read very well. But the latter portion sort of fell apart. Editing was a mess and kept taking me out of the story, also where did Connor go? I agree with a review I found that some aspects needed a bit more fleshing out to maintain the strong start. 3.5, rounding down because other 4-star books are much stronger.

Man, Morgan Elizabeth really did her thing with Big Nick Energy. I absolutely loved the story!! I was obsessed with Harper and Ruby, and their major part in the story! The epilogue chapter has my heart. One of my favorite endings of a romance.

Honestly, the main reason it’s not a 5 star is because of the errors, typos, and lack of editing in this book. There were a few chapters without the narrator’s POV/name. There were a few instances where Morgan got the narrator in the chapter mixed up. Honestly, I was so enamored in the story that the errors didn’t bother me as much as they have in other books. Love Morgan Elizabeth, but wish there was more editing in her books.

The fmc was an absolute drag. She brought nothing to the table besides a hot outfit. But seriously...what was interesting about her? Gf didn't have one hobby, job, etc.

Morgan Elizabeth was put on this planet to write holiday romances. This was amazing. Nick is amazing. And him and Shae are so freaking cute that they make my heart ache.

I adore everything about this book, from the cozy vibes to the deep, meaningful conversations that Shae and Nick share to the adorable moments between Nick and the girls. And the plot? Genius. I've never would've thought to use the Elf on the Shelf as the catalyst that brings two people together, but Morgan does a fantastic job using all the forced proximity vibes.

This book is hilarious, heartwarming, spicy, and incredibly sweet. The perfect addition to anyone's Bookmas.

This was such a cute storyline! I gave it 4 stars due to the couple typos that caught me up, however the storyline with the spice

This is one of the cutest Christmas books I’ve ever read. I relate to this book on so many levels it had me in tears during some chapters and smiling ear to ear in others. Loved this book so much!!

Nick was a great MMC however was at times far too pushy and made Shae uncomfortable and overwhelmed. She was just getting back on her feet, finding herself and her way in the world and Nick kept pushing and asserting himself into her life when she kept telling him she wasn't ready. If the story timeframe had been over a longer period it would have probably been a 5 star read for me, however struggled with just how quickly Shae gave in after what she went through.

I felt the book was repetitive at times and that the characters said the same thing multiple times in the same conversation. Overall the book was good.
