OH. MY. GOD.
Where’s my cowboy 😭😭
This book had me all in my feeeellsss. As a single mom to two boys who are close to the ages of Shae’s girls, I easily related to a lot of this book. Which is probably why I devoured it and truly felt the feelings that Shae was going through.
Her hesitation, her stubbornness, her fear, all so real! And all the sweet moments with Nick, just him always being there even when Shae wanted to push him away. And Harper and Ruby were so freaking cute!!

I don't know what Morgan Elizabeth puts in her books but I adored the Revenge Series and loved this editon to the series.
Harper and Ruby 1000% made this book for me ❤️

This book started off cute, (I’m always a sucker for he falls first) but after about 80% of this book being her saying “no I can’t fall for you and don’t want to be taken care of bc I don't need no man “and him basically taking care of her and her girls bc obviously he likes her v much, it just got so BORING.

Review:
This was the most romantic, cute, heartfelt and spicy read!

Nick and Shea are the same but different. Nick Finch (42), owns Finch Farms and single parent to 24 year old son Connor.
Shae (35) is freshly divorced and has 2 girls - Ruby (9) and Harper (7).

Every man needs to be like Nick, he is everything! Shea got herself the sweetest yet dirty cowboy 🤠

"A cowboy puts his hat on a woman, he's marking his territory. I need everyone who works for me, everyone whose eyes won't leave your ass in those jeans to know just how off-fucking limits you are."

He's calls her sugarplum, and even before they meet and he hears about her from Connor, he is all in and in her corner. From the start he jumps in to help, protect, be patient, considerate, comforting, shows up, and make them feel welcomed and loved. He makes every effort to make sure their lives and Christmas are perfect and everything the deserve!

I adored the kids too! The girls were so sweet and as they grew close and trusting of Nick i teared up! It's also so sweet that Connor stayed friends with Shae and was his dad wingman inviting her the Thanksgiving knowing they were perfect for each other.

Things i loved:
🎄Nick breaks down her walls, gets her to open up (in many ways 😉 )
🎄he drives 2 hrs each night to move and Elf on the shelf and leave gifts
🎄The discussion of motherhood, invalidating feelings and negative societal views of mothers
🎄taking care of her when sick or Ruby has nightmares.
 🎄Nick is an absolute king
 🎄Shae is a badass mom!
