Like all of Gladwell’s books, a fun and interesting read. Full of little anecdotes that are more than suspect and make you wonder what he’s leaving out to make these anecdotes so interesting. Like all pop psychology, it’s neatly packaged and easy to consume.

The most interesting concept in the whole book was that of coupling theory and the impact that time and place has on suicide and also on policing.

Other than that, I’m not sure the thesis of this book really came together into something meaningful and cohesive.

Not as good as some of his other books, but there are some really interesting principles mentioned in this book!

Really great examples. The use of the stories from Sandra Bland to a mole in the CIA is so interesting and really made me rethink the way I view strangers

I highly recommend the audiobook. Great idea to add the actual voices when possible.
I loved this book. So much information and fascinating facts.

Of course, a triggering read. But very informative and listening to the audiobook was amazing, I enjoyed the style. The issues touched on here such as racism, rape and suicide aren’t just put down to miscommunications, but are opened up to different perspectives.
