Brandon and Harper have such heartbreaking stories, I found my myself forgetting to breathe at some points of this book, what an amazing dark romance storyline for the both of them.

Brandon's story!
If you've read book one you'll know how much we all need Brandon’s story and it was oh so worth it!
From the beginning you know this book isn't going to be all lovey dovey, Brandon is something else. He's like the best kind of bad boy. I loved him in Ryan's book but in his own? Damn he blew my expectations apart.
Harper, girl she is one strong woman. She has her moments but she's never down for long she gets back up swinging.
This book was everything and more and I'm so glad i got to see inside Brandon’s head!
I'm going to need the next book ASAP these guys have got me hook line and sinker.

The series is getting better, and Brandon is a freaking softie for harper. I'm sooo ready for Finn and Effy.

At the beginning of this book I really did not like Harper which was different from the first book because Emily was likeable from the start. I kept reading because I wanted to know how Brandon and Harper were going to move on from the low point they both hit. Harper as the book progress we see her character development and love how she grows. Along with Harper we also see Brandon's character development and see how they go from enemies to lovers I loved Ryan because of the way he treated Emily but I loved Brandon because he is a fighter and we see how much he truly has overcome.
This is the second book in the series and like the first at the end it sets up the events of the next book without being a complete cliffhanger Brandon and Harper story is wrapped up (not a fan of cliff hangers but it didnt really feel like cliffhanger so it worked well)

I loved this book. I knew that Brandon’s story was going to be rough. It was heartbreaking to read all of what he went through, but so worth it. The author has a way of writing that draws you in instantly. Now I’m over here dying for Finn’s story. Can’t wait.
