This just wasn't for me. It's too forced, over reacted and just couldn't like her at all. It not feels 'real' at all. Jumping from plane to plane to fly all around the world to follow a handsome stranger, obviously she was rich so can do it, but still... Too much and forced coincidences (same birthdays, sitting beside the person on a plane who know him, hear the conversations about him, get the same 'signs', the Carter baby uniform and more). The whole part in Dubai was a just straight bad. Carter had some good moments, but his character was too forced as well.

I really liked this story of Kendall and Carter. There were some really funny parts, especially at the old folks home. I was thinking I knew what the plot twist was going to be and I had some of it figured out but then there were parts that surprised me. I loved that the story didn't have many side characters but really focused on those two. I have read several other books by both of these authors an haven't been disappointed yet.
*sigh* Carter, you gorgeous pilot who had a brain who lives in the gutter is my new favorite. I didn't think I would be able to find someone as pervy as me...OK enough of that. Vi and Penelope have completely blown me away again. Carter has a love of the classics. The Beatles being one of them. It's one of the reasons I liked him so much. If everything could be a song title, it make the world a happier place. I loved that he was honest about his past. Not a lot of men can say that. I loved that he flew to find his closure with Lucy. It was a devastating story but I loved what he did every time he flew.

The only things that frustrate me are that people will see the cover/title and think it’s about just SEX. Yes there are a handful of angsty passion filled scenes BUT it’s more about life and appreciation for the simple things. The things money can’t buy….love. Trust me you’ll never guess in a million years where this story take you. Then again that’s life. We never know what lies ahead.
