Chanté reviewing for KinkyGirlsBookObsessions.

I think I literally squealed when I saw this on my kindle. I have a slight obsession with all things Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward.

I loved Kendall Sparks from the first line. She is at a fork in the road and is still so unsure of which path to take. She's sitting at the airport trying to decide where to go when she meets the cocky, charismatic, and beautiful Captain Carter Clynes. Her reactions and wit grabbed me from the start she was hilarious and charming all rolled into one perky gorgeous woman.

Sweet Carter. If you could literally pass out from swooning I would never wake up. That man had me wrapped around his finger from the start! He literally has a heart of gold. Every time I though I couldn't love him more BAMMM there he goes being all sweet again.

They're both on their own emotional journeys for two very different reasons. They just know that something has brought them together and they're not willing to give up on that yet. I mean there are so many signs that are keeping them together.

Playboy Pilot was another 5 star read from these two amazing authors. I hope they continue to write together for a VERY LONG time. It's pure magic every time I get the privilege to step into another world they've created.

Go one click Playboy Pilot immediately. You'll get all the feels from Carter, a lot of laughs from Kendall, and a lot of HOTTTT moments with them both. Trust me, it'll be the ride of your life.

Entertaining

Great read with twists and turns I wasn't expecting! I love all of Penelope Ward's book so far. They have all been very entertaining.

Playboy Pilot is the third installment in Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward's Cocky Bastard Series. It's a complete standalone. The only thing tying the books together is that the characters meet on a chance encounter.

"Sometimes the things we hold onto the tightest are the things we most need to set free."

Kendall Sparks needs to get away. In the opening scene of the book she's in an airport bar, not sure of her destination. The only thing she's sure of is that she needs to get away from reality and clear her mind. Kendall meets the charismatic Carter in the bar and he helps guide her decision on where to travel to, hoping she'll take his advice.

Carter is set in his ways as a man dedicated to his job, traveling whenever needed, and sleeping with whomever peaked his interest at his next stop. Meeting Kendall is a complete game-changer for him, and he won't stop until she can see that for herself.

"Stay in the moment with me, Kendall."

Kendall and Carter have such an amazing relationship. They're both guarding their hearts, but are willing to try to open them up as well. Carter brings Kendall into his world at home in South Florida and what she finds is endearing and draws her to him more. The only stop for her is his former playboy status. Vi and Penelope take us on a fantastic trip with this story!

"Maybe we see a little of ourselves in each other. We're two wrongs that somehow make a right. Inseparable we're miserable, but together...we somehow work."

It's awesome to read a new story from a writing team that's always fresh and fun. Vi and Penelope consistently bring the funny and passion, but they don't ever forget the hard messages as well. Carter and Kendall's banter is expertly written for the utmost satisfaction. I almost forgot to mention the soundtrack. Vi and Penelope wrote songs from The Beatles into the story and that really touched on a personal note for me. The Cocky Bastard Series can do no wrong!

Really enjoyed this book! It was probably my favourite in the series so far!

While the books in this series follow a similar plot path, so whole predictable, I enjoyed how the twists in this story were framed. I enjoyed all the travel in this book, which made me miss being able to travel. There were tons of laugh out loud moments, with a good dose of spice and a sprinkling of sweet. Would highly recommend this book (you don’t need to read the others in the series to read this book as all the stories are stand-alone.)

I really don’t have anything to say about this one.
