This audiobook was exactly what I needed for a super busy day of work and a super busy day of traveling. I’m becoming a big fan of these Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward’s books, and I think I love them even more in audiobook format, and to be honest, Sebastian York’s voice just WORKS FOR ME!
The writing was fun, simple and somewhat deep. I actually wasn’t expecting it to as deep as it went, because look at that title! But yeah… lovely. I might have cracked up each time they tried to speak portuguese in the book though…
Kendall and Carter were wonderful characters with so much depth to them. Kendall was very much still trying to find herself, at almost 25 years old, she hadn’t been allowed to be herself ever, and I loved that she took her time and got to know what she needed. Carter was an unexpected wonderful surprise, this guy had so many layers to him, and while he needed to forgive himself and realize that he deserved to be happy, he was also sure of himself and of his decisions.
The romance starts very much as insta lust, of course, but even though the first part of the book is a super fast romance, on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro, through Dubai, Amsterdam and finally Florida, they also take it very slow and the relationships grows at a steady paced romance. They talk, they get to know each other, and they don’t have secrets.
I really liked the conflict and how it was resolved. I loved that they each took the time they needed, I thought that they both acted very maturely at that point. And I LOVED THAT ENDING!
So, guys, if you like a good romance, with a sense of adventure, read this one. And if you have read it, what did you think about it????

I read this a long time ago but I remember really enjoying this. If you are looking for a travel romance where they travel from one place to another you will really like this one.
