I enjoyed this emotional and hot drama. The angst was on par. Plot a bit far fetched but then again I read to escape so prefer spectacular vacations from reality.
Narrators did a great job. The MMC was a manwhore that I found pretty gross. However, he became more lovable as he changed his ways.

What an incredible whirlwind romance! I absolutely love Kendall & Carter’s romance, it was full of adventure, passion, chemistry and love.
There was banter and laughter, emotions, confusion, loss & hope.

3.5⭐️ The first 2/3 of this book were fun and full country hopping and sexual frustration. But the third act breakup was a little dramatic. I understood it, but imo it was too long of a time.
Kendall and Carter definitely had a fun and special relationship which showed when they decided not to sleep together bc they were ships passing in the night.
Overall it was cute, but it pulled you from the fantasy when you realized the rich were just getting richer.
Plus, there would be ZERO skinny dipping in a FL lake

I thought this would be erotica and it turned to be a smexy, humorous, sweet story. Carter is a pilot who seemed to collect stewardesses in all airports. One day, he meets Kendal who is a heiress with a richer than thou bitchy attitude. She seems to be on the verge of an important decision, but first she wants to escape reality. He appeals to her sense of adventure, so off they go gallivanting through airports, air flights and several countries, having adventures and special moments. The story is sweet because underneath her snobbishness is a sweet, spunky, fun-loving girl and Carter connected with her best person. Carter realized she's different, much more than he had ever had, and he opens to her like he hadn't before. It isn't until half way that we discover what makes Carter such a special person. Enough to say that apart from the sex scenes, which I always skip, this book has heartfelt feelings, a wonderful love story of two people who have problems opening up their hearts to love, and feeling that they do deserve that love and loyalty. Great read!

I strapped myself in and am still reeling from the journey. I just adored the characters, they are well developed and easy to connect with.
