Of all of the katee Robert books I’ve read, this one has the most unique characters. Zuri was a character that I feel like isn’t often seen in her stories, someone who is truly naive and innocent. I feel like the majority of the story Alaric was an actual shitty person and not morally gray which was fun and ursa was just so fun to read. I don’t know how I like them as a couple but I like them all individually. I liked the side characters in this book most too. Loved another dark Olympus crossover and getting to see more inside that world. Knowing Poseidon partakes in such crazy activities is wild. I also thought it was fun how Olympus was used as zurielles “another world.”

3.75 Like Hercules, Zuri is so innocent! Even more innocent than H, and the way she is first tricked and used bothered me!
Don't get me wrong everything turns into passion and more. I think I'd really like to see how these 3 grow in several years and see if they make it.

Now the fun part- holy moly this was another freaking hot explosive, sexy read. Though I dare say it is tame by comparison

Very graphic & spicy but wish it had a more in depth storyline. The middle of the book was somewhat boring and dragged on. I really liked the ending and am happy they got their happily ever after!
