If there was an option for "bookshelf of favorites" this would be on it. This is an incredible and inspiring story about family, love, culture and what certainly appears to be divine intervention. I couldn't put it down. I had to remind myself over again that this is indeed a true story

True story of a boy stolen from the India and adopted in America. Eventually he finds his way back to India and his family

This was a compelling story. It started out a little slow for me, and continued to have some slow moments throughout, but this true story is so incredible that it keeps you hooked. I still can´t believe Chellamuthu was able to return to India years later and find his biological family. It´s a once in a lifetime story that made me appreciate my own family, and also made me contemplate more the differences and similarities between two very distinct cultures.
