I loved it so much!

Asher and ally are beyond the cutest people alive in regards to friendship. You cannot help but be like trying to smoosh them together the entire time because gosh darnit they are perfect for eachother. Taco can suck it. Lol

The author did an amazing job on this story. It flowed so well and I couldnt put the book down. It was easy to devour it. I wish there was more I loved it so much.

I loved getting to read more of the original character in the Assassins family and it just made me want to reread all of the authors books since all the families have come such a long way.

Highly recommended!

Spiked by Love is the latest addition to Toni Aleo’s Bellevue Bullies series. It was a book that I have been anxiously waiting to read and I was not disappointed.

Allison Titov and Asher Brooks have been best friends since childhood. Their families are as close as can be and they are connected through the Nashville Assassins. Allison is in her last year of college and Asher has moved back to Nashville. While Allison has been in love with Asher for as long as she can remember, Asher is much more hesitant. Will they be able to move on from being strictly friends to something more?

I love reading about the big Assassins family and enjoy seeing how the family matures and grows. This book was a little bit different from the other books because we were introduced to a volleyball team. I enjoyed this change because while I love hockey, I enjoyed getting to read about another sport.

I am giving this book four stars because of the repetitive nature of the writing and the story. The story felt extremely similar to Aleo’s previous book, Dump and Chase, which was about Asher’s brother. Aleo’s writing style was also a bit repetitive throughout especially with certain phrasing such as in her use of, “I feel.” Overall, while these aspects of the book were distracting at times, I did still enjoy the story.

Toni Aleo is one of my favorite authors and I think that she has another good book on her hands with Spiked by Love. Readers are sure to love Allison and Asher and will be rooting for them by the book’s end.

*3.75 Stars* ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ ✨ ✨ Pros: I love this world that Toni Aleo created. I thought Asher and Allie's transition from friends to lovers was great and realistic. Their communication skills was also great. They have been friends for so long and knew each so well. Nothing was missing from their connection...expect..Cons: Allie was a little annoying. Especially near the end. She should have known what Asher's love language was and had more patience with him.

There are no words to describe how good this book makes you feel! I fell in love with hockey and the Assassins after a long reading hiatus — and boy am I glad I found them both!

This book brings back memories of old friends and all the feels for their kids! Ash B and Ally T are perfect together and this book is more of what we as readers expect from Toni.

Go ahead! Read it! And fall back in love with the Assassins family! I know I did!

What do you do when you are in love with your bestfriend and everybody knows you are in love except you and your best friend.

Ally Titov and Asher Brooks have been friends since they were little and are in love with other but the other one doesnt know. Now that both ofthem are going to be living in Nashville as adults because Asher Brooks has moved back after ending his engagement. All of their friends and family all say the say thing that they should become a coupe but which saying should they believe that you are in lve with your best friend or that if they have relationship it will end their friendship.

Will Ally and Asher cross that boundary and let each other themselves fall in love as friends and lovers. Will they be afraid to try because they don't want to lose their best friends?

Spiked with Love is another well written book with wonderful characters who are so strong as adults and yet are not afraid to let the world know what they want. I would love to leave a spoiler but this bobyok needs to be read so that the reader will fall in love with Ally and Asher like I have.
