The idea behind this book is really interesting, but the excruciating writing style destroyed it all for me. Because of that, I couldn't really get into the book and never really cared about the characters.

An entertaining book! I really enjoyed reading this one and it is definitely one of my favourite classics yet. 4.5 stars out of five because of some sexist and racist expressions (I know times were different, but I need to point this out from my modern pov).
