The beginning of this made me not want to keep reading; idk if it was the intro or the first chapter because I read on audio. I expected something very different and I'm not interested in true crime.

Listen. I love my murder moms. There was some A+ advice in here. But do I think I’ll ever re-read it? Not likely.

It's difficult to rate this book because I have listened to hours upon hours of Georgia and Karen (I regularly fall asleep to their podcast and just in the last 90 days my podcast player says that I've listened to nearly 26 hours of My Favorite Murder). I listened to this book on audio so for me, it was just another delightful several hours listening to the details of Georgia and Karen's lives (with some Paul Giamatti mixed in), how can a Murderino not like that?? Sure, it's nothing earth-shattering but I feel that Georgia and Karen achieved the goal of being vulnerable and I truly feel more connected to them. I think this is a great read for anyone who enjoys these two women and their banter and I highly recommend the audio.

I loved reading this memoir from Georgia and Karen, whose podcast I have been listening to for a while now. I feel like I know them already, so hearing some of the backstories in detail was a pleasure. I listened to it, of course, because I know them best through their voices.

I really appreciate hearing Georgia. in particular, talk about her anxiety and mental health issues. I just really relate to and click with her particular world view.
