of all the books in this first arc, this one is the most predictable as far as plot. There is also simultaneously a lot happening and very little - most of the action is at the very end of the book and I found the build up from the first 80% of this story to be kind of a slough of predictability to get through. I still very much enjoyed it, but I think more so for the nostalgia factor than anything else.
