It does it’s hardest to become a parenting book but the end and I would have liked more data.

Yikes. This was filled with such fascinating and low key terrifying realities. I feel as if this is necessary reading for people working with tweens/teens and possibly upper elementary kids. It's also for anyone who is interested in further exploring the impacts of the ever evolving digital technology. There is so much food for thought in this book and I'm already very interested in reading the updated version that I'm sure will be published in 10-20 years. I also think this book is being marketed to parents, but you don't need to be a parent to find the information in this book applicable!

This book explained to me, a teacher, why kids are the way they are in the classroom. I hope the screen/phone trend ends for all our sakes.
