This was an adorable story. Great character development! I feel like a lot happened in a short time, so it keeps you interested. I also love that they don’t give up on each other, or themselves. It seems to happen a lot in books that one character gives something up so they can be together. But here both guys follow their dreams over summer break while separated, at the same time not forgetting about each other. The confidence Luke gets while doing the internship was such a relief, poor guy had a bad hand dealt to him growing up with a crappy family so he thought he didn’t deserve good things or love. But Keaton helped push him in the right direction and showed him he is worthy. I personally loved this book, and the audio was great. Teddy Hamilton can do no wrong, and Christian Fox is always a pleasure to listen to.

I was really charmed last year when I read Sarina Bowen's and Elle Kennedy's team up in Him and Us so, naturally, I was rearing and ready to see what they came up with next and it was...okay. Nowhere near as sweet and fun as Him managed to be, but it had its moments.
It's just that I'm almost definitely going to forget about most of this book in the next little while. In fact, I finished this book yesterday afternoon and I'm already losing details.
This was a cute little timewaster, though. It's nowhere near as bad or as weird as Bowen and Kennedy are when I've read their solo works, so I definitely stand by the fact that they are better together. Keep up the good work, girls. You write some fun stuff.

Terrible writing. Characters aren’t likable. Plot devices are eye roll worthy
