Overall still fun, but a new character introduced some misogyny. The book is critical of the character and the impact that the character's introduction had, but still, it bothered me. I'll try one more of these before I commit to the full 21 volumes.

So you hoped to bring in a vamp/Marvel's Black Widow-esque character into this and still be suitable for younger audiences? Hahaha nope.
Not to mention we see just what the kids are up against what with PURPOSEFULLY being kept at the bottom so their outlook on life is bleak; let's see if their teacher can turn their paradigms of the world around, kinda like the Cat in the Hat...if he was a wholesome tentacle monster.
