Informative, engaging, and moving. This offered genuine and intimate insight into a movement I am trying to show up for more.

My heart! This book was so needed and so healing.

Personally, I especially appreciated the essay/chapter on ableism in the spiritual and energy-healing communities. It validated a lot about how I experienced that community and made me feel less alone or like less of a failure by not being able to change it.

A must read. Essential social justice reading. The audiobook is excellent, read by the author.
