A very dark thriller that was gripping, with so many different threads and stories. Sometimes it was difficult to keep track of everything because there was so much going on, but the writing was brilliant. Really dark but some very tender moments between two of the main characters and also some  visceral scenes that dealt with social issues in a powerful way.
