Wowowow this book was super good! It opened with such an intense fight that I couldn’t put the book down until the scene was done! The middle lagged just a tiny bit as they traveled to the area where the next arc is taking place, but it quickly picked right back up! Super creepy, super interesting, and such a lovable main and supporting cast!

I really like the story, but the pacing in this book is super off. Seven Seas decided to cut the authours intended "book one" into parts, so the inital portion of this volume is the conclusion of "book one" before starting on "book two" in the middle. It made picking up this book somewhat of a chore for me.
