Gorgeously written to the point of being mesmerizing. It’s such a genius idea to write about Dracula from this perspective. I will say I almost DNFed this after Part 1, it was slow and the story did not immediately grab me. I put it down for two weeks and decided to try to finish it because it’s so short and so well loved, and I’m glad I did. Parts 2 & 3 had me absolutely enraptured and I’m actually sad it was so short, I would’ve read another 200 pages following these characters.

This was so beautifully written! I haven't read something so sad written so beautifully. It felt a bit short and lacked something for me to give it 4 ⭐, but the writing alone would be worth it.

I don't think it needed An Encore Of Roses tho. It was nice to know what happened with all three of them afterwards, but it mostly felt like some unnecessary extra spice.

This book kept me entertained at every turn. There are definitely trigger warnings that one should look at but it was an amazing story. I would read it again!
