I love KF Breene but this series isn’t doing it for me. Feels like it could be shorter. I will read the next one because I wannna know what happens.

Technically my review rating is a 3-3.5.

I just felt like the first part of the books was too repetitive for me, however I did like that we got a lot more different POVs in this one. The twist at the ending was very interesting so that’s why I’m considering the extra .5. It just didn’t captivate me as much of the first two.

So good. Really loved how Finley had such great support around her while she was in the Demon Kings dungeons. It was a bit graphic around the torture but after only one or two descriptions it also became 'fade to black' because she was tortured so often.
The ONLY thing I couldnt stand was that Nyfain and Finley were separated for so long BUT the bond link was still there so it made everything okay in the end.
