The book is so slow at first. I also kinda want to throw Mikey off a cliff.

It was a pleasure to return to the world of Arthur and Ben and I personally liked seeing how they grew up.

Here's to Us is a lot more mature than its predecessor with definitely less pop-culture references than What If It's Us. Which was a relief honestly simply because most of the references from the first book didn't age well. Reading it a few years after the publication made it rough if you've kept up with pop culture.

As much as I appreciated this update of their lives, I do wish there was a lot more romance. I understand that their obstacle was finding their way back together but the book itself didn't really do a great job of showing why that's what we and the characters should want. There was a lot of how and not enough of why.

I’m so happy I got to read about Ben and Arthur again!! This is everything I wanted and more! Currently crying tears of joy

I love most everything by Becky Albertalli but I forgot that I don’t normally like reading ebooks especially on my phone (my tablet refuses to reconnect with the Wi-Fi here at the dorm)
