If only one of the side couple plot is not dragged too much, i would have given this far higher. This is not as heavy (and as long) as Rebirth of Malicious Empress of Military Lineage, but I found myself quite liking the tone of it. It talks a lot about self-worth and familial love. So definitely worth reading even though it started like ‘girl going into boys school trope’. 

Also my favourite quote from our girl boss He Yan: “I love the moon, but the moon doesn’t know.”
