3.5

More like 4 stars for The Final Reflection and 2.5 stars for Kahless, so averaging out to 3.5 stars.

The Final Reflection is a deeply thought provoking and complex novel about war and politics, with wonderfully subtle and layered prose and amazing twists and turns. Kahless is a very... basic adventure novel with an interesting premise but uninspired, at times incorrect, characterization and a markedly poor treatment of women.

So, 3.5 stars.
