Overall rating: 3.25/5

This book included two novellas from the Shatter Me series, and they were both from Kenji's point-of-view. Both were very dramatic. My ratings and reviews are below.

Shadow Me | ⭐⭐⭐💫
I liked reading Kenji's point of view but it was very dramatic. A bit like him I suppose. His obsession with
Nazeera
was funny though. Tahereh is good at writing distinct characters.

Reveal Me | ⭐⭐⭐
Kenji was so extra in this novella, and it was a bit embarrassing. His interactions with Nazeera were especially cringe. Yet, I appreciated that he looked out for his whole team and noticed that something was up regarding Adam and James. I was also glad that Ella showed up for him like he would for her.

So cute. So fun. I love Kenji. His character feels so much more deep in this. You can tell he's not being funny/oblivious on purpose and it works for him. The timeline is confusing though.
