Noah is my kind of hero, so this was an easy win for me - gruff, a little reclusive, pinning, big heart for those he loves, dirty mouth. My first Kat Canterbary. I've had this on my TBR for two years. I see what all the fuss was about, that's for sure.

Gennie was a treasure. I often say I don't like kids in my romance books, but if they were all like Imogene? I'd be okay w them.

I have been seeing all round booktok so it was fitting that I read it...and I loved it ...more 4.5⭐️ and 3🌶 and it has all the tropes !!

I absolutely loved this romance.. its a cute story about Shay and Noah (were friends in high school and she was a popular girl and he ..well..wasn't)

Shay was (near enough) left at the alter and finds out she's inherited a farm from her step grandmother.. but there are conditions.. then comes in Noah.. who has loved her since the moment they met !

She is a strong sort of character...but she lacked the ability to trust (understandable) but sometimes she kept talking about the insecurities and I'm like... stop!!

I loved Noah (a new book bf).. but how everyone near enough brought up the past, especially when he was bigger in high school. But he was so sweet, and such a protector of his girls... and the dirty talk 🥵🥵

❌️Only things !! as much as I loved the whole..."wife" thing 🥵..it was a bit over board.
