About a naive but very bright Brooklyn Hasidic young woman who becomes obsessed with internet porn. Started reading it and was tempted to bail, but I really wanted to see where the author was going to go with this, and it was not a terrible story.

Didn't really connect with any of the characters, and I wanted to slap the main character, Moonstruck style, and tell her to snap out of it!

This was an interesting if mixed read for me. In some ways I felt it never became more than its premise – an Hadidic woman with an escalating porn addiction fears marriage. But I also found it a fresh look at women’s desires in a community where they are taboo. The premise is so strong but the execution meant at times I found this very slow and fragmented.
