someone out there in academia is making a syllabus on litfic books about “weird” girls and this is on the top of the list. on a more serious note, the narrative was very episodic and I think it could’ve been tighter. I’d still recommend it to friends because the concept is a compelling and provocative examination of sex and religion (Hasidic girl develops a porn addiction)

A quick and easy read. Some parts felt a little weird or more unrealistic. Overall I enjoyed this book.

I felt like this book was such a journey for me. I really wanted to find out what happens but the ending really let me down. I do believe that Razil is a loveable character. I enjoyed hearing her mindset on stuff. I felt like I was going through everything with her her fear her sadness her enjoyment everything.
