Life-changing, cured my acne, made my plants grow, motivated me to learn how to do the splits. Read this if you're going through an existential crisis, or even if you're just bored and need some spice in your life.

I personally love this book. I listened to the audiobook version and James Clear speaks with such wisdom and reassurance that it makes the book relaxing to listen to. I found myself wanting to listen to it while doing chores and driving. The content of the book is a good collection of concepts and examples of how habits change lives. I think this book is really inspiring and a great introduction into self help.

I read it because I was curious about why Audible was always recommending it to me. It was fine. The advice wasn't bad or anything.
The problem I always have with this type of book is that they try to show you how to become efficient at leading a fulfilling life, but the authors all seem to be robots whose idea of a fulfilling life is to go to the gym every day, meditate, and publish blog posts about success mindset.
