This book has helped me understand my own MCAS immensely.  I read the first half solid and then have used it as a reference, searching for experiences, medicine, etc similar to mine.

He’s very respectful to his patients and other doctors.

I do wish he talked about other treatments / life changes outside of medication, though the notes on medications each patient responded to was very helpful!
