Wow! As I just finished "into the light". I can honestly say I was expecting any of this. So much drama in this book, so many nail. Biting moments. Again I couldn't put this book down. I needed to know what was going to happen.

That ending? What? Is there going to be a spin off?

I loved this book - although not as much as I loved the predecessor. I love the cult activity, psychological aspects and the intensity that was felt for the entire book. It leaves some open ends at the end - as well as a plot twist on the last page as typical for Ms. Romig. Although there is no plans for a 3rd book at this time I hear, it at least leaves it open for the possibility later! I am sad to see the "Sarah and Jacob" saga complete. As always it is a great book book and kept me reading quickly through to the end.

While I really enjoyed this book, not sure if I liked it as much as the preceding book. It definitely had some good twists and turns, but at times it seemed a bit far-reaching or implausible. A bit sad this is the end of this little duet, I really enjoyed reading about the characters and feel like a little bit was left in the air. Hopefully they'll make an appearance in another book!

It’s a good finish to the series. I was SO EXCITED to pick this one up from the library but I didn’t read it as quickly as I did the first book. Super interesting story line and I like that she left it open for a third book.
