Es un libro de muchas emociones, sobre todo los últimos capítulos, es frenético. Pasan muchas cosas, algunas muy rápido, tiene sus alivios cómicos y su dosis adolescente pero también su oscuridad y seriedad. Ver cómo el grupo se va afianzando es muy guay, incluso cuando notas la tensión entre ellos, que se nota mucho, entiendes que se está formando la dinámica y que tienen que ir aprendiendo a ser más fuertes juntos.
De los finales de la saga que más te dejan con ganas de leer el siguiente.

Mark of Athena contains the best reunion ever written and also the most memorable and vivid (literal) cliffhanger ever written! This linchpin novel in the HOO series really tips the scales of intensity as our group of seven demigods prepare to save the world (again). There’s a LOT that happens in this book and much of that is internal to our characters, which I love!!! Finally getting to see inside Annabeth’s brain during her chapters altered my perspective on her character. I love learning that she too has self-doubt sometimes and feels the pressure to constantly succeed with what she has been given (and not given). This is Annabeth’s book and no one can tell me otherwise!!! I still have not forgiven Rick for the ending and making us wait an entire year, though. That was absolutely cruel. ICONIC, but cruel.

Ho amato la storia del marchio di Atena, e (finalmente) i capitoli dal pov di Annabeth, che personalmente penso abbiano sostenuto tutto questo terzo libro.

E quel finale! Uno dei più iconici e devastanti di tutta la saga.
