Another recommended read from my daughter. (It's fun to get to discuss her recommendations with her after I've read them.) I'm still more of a Potter fan, but I do enjoy the Greek and Roman mythology in these books. This was the best of his Heros of Olympus storyline so far. Major cliff hanger at the end, so we'll see what the next book brings!

Ah, I don't want to edit my previous rating because I had read this in my mid-teens and this is a book written for early to mid teens, so I'm glad my younger self enjoyed it. However as an adult... :') I did find it quite lacking in what I enjoy most and in diving deep into these characters.
