Darn you Rick Riordan! I'm really glad I read this book after the House of Hades came out, otherwise I would be seriously depressed. I love how Riordan weaves all these Greek and Roman myths together and creates a modern hybrid. He also has this amazing ability to make his readers deeply care for each of his characters. I mean, I can't stand the idea of any of them dying. Great teenager book for someone who doesn't like reading. Highly recommend reading this series and I would totally teach them.
