A classic, but a bit outdated, naturally. I think a lot of the principles outlined are very useful in practice and I definitely learned about the power of persistence and determination through reading this book. There were several quotes and chapters where I did not necessarily agree/the way things were said could have been better, but I think that is simply due to the different times we are in nowadays.

I think this is the only thing from this book we can all agree on:

"Close friends and relatives, while not meaning to do so, often handicap one through
"opinions" and sometimes through ridicule, which is meant to be humorous. Thousands of
men and women carry inferiority complexes with them all through life, because some wellmeaning,
but ignorant person destroyed their confidence through "opinions" or ridicule."

Woooo for Doods 😅. Some parts of this do not translate due to how the world has progressed which is good. I know JP Morgan was into woo too! They be trying to make you think its crazy but these capitalists are using it!

من حس میکنم این کتاب رو با توجه به جامعه ایی که نویسنده راجبش صحبت میکنه بررسی کرد.
طبیعتا فرصت های مالی که در کتاب های این چنینی مطرح میشه به دلیل شرایط ایران قابل درک نیست.
