A childhood staple.

I honestly cannot tell you how many times I've read this book throughout my life. Even the thought of this book gives me butterflies.

What a most splendid and beautifully written story! I absolutely loved this book and feel like a had a heart warming smile on my face throughout the whole book! Why on earth did I wait so long to read such a treasure of a book.

One of my intentions for this year was to up my classic reads and I’m so pleased that I have been committed to it. I have thoroughly enjoyed this decision. This is a book to be reread and always kept in one’s book collection.

It’s filled with valid life lessons and expressed in such a delicate and transparent way. I knew very early on it the book that this would be a 5 star read for me!

This is so well written and it makes one to go out more. However, it's only a children's book afterall with a peek of naturalism for adults. I think the plot was a hook-up as it is amazingly written but at the end it only goes to too much flowery positivity.
