i don't like this collection nearly as much as Exhalation, but I'm glad I read it. I of course enjoyed the titular story - and thought it was very interesting to compare to Arrival.

My absolute favorite was the last story, I was fascinated the entire way through.

A collection of short stories, some better than others. Some of the longer ones dragged on a little bit, but there are some real nuggets in here. Particularly with Babylon!
