This book was so good!! A great end to a great series that really brought so many things full circle. However, it is still the end so I'm sad that it's over. I've been living with this series and these characters for quite a long time and, since I can't say goodbye, I will definitely be re-reading it many more times through.

What an incredible series! My favourites would have to be books 2, 7 and 4 in that order. I will definitely re-read these later in life.

Consigliatissimo.

The final story is so great that I have no words to describe it. Just so marvelous! ❤ I will be forever in love with the nightrunners and with this series ❤

I liked this book - the characters are like old friends at this point. However, I feel like the book should have been longer, somehow. Things felt rushed, particularly at the end. I'm sad this might be the last of the nightrunner series, but I think it's been fun while it lasted. I must go back and read the first ones now!

Thanks for another fun read, Ms. Flewelling!

I knew I would be sad when I'd finish this book because it marked the end of my favorite series. But I didn't expect to be crying the way I am now over it!

These characters have brought me so much joy over the years that they feel like they are a part of my life. Like they are friends.

I kept dreading the end of the book because while I knew that Alec and Seregil would get their happy ending(she promised!), I realised that there had been no talk of anyone else getting the same thing. So I was worried as all the characters I became attached to end up in situations that could have killed them.

Things worked out for the best in the end, really. It leaves me with a good feeling and I feel like my friends are in a good place now.
