This book has got a great cover that really draws your attention. You know the saying 'don't judge a book by it's cover' I think that is ridiculous! If you want your book to sell then give it a great cover like this book. It really makes you wonder what the book is about. Then when you start it, the cover fits perfectly!

1915: Do you dare? is a fantastic book set in (obviously) 1915. It tells the story of a boy named Jimmy who's brother has gone to war. When he's not busy standing up to the local criminals or playing footy with his mates he helps his mum out around the house. Then when things get really bad he leaves school and gets a full time job so that he can support his mum. When Jimmy's big brother Arthur is injured in the war and is sent home Jimmy's whole world comes crashing down.

It was a fantastic book and I have just started reading some other books in the 'Do You Dare' series. I would recommend this book to both girls and boys from 9 years old to 14 years old. It is a fantastic book and you will be able to read it more then once I am sure!
