Well. That was gross.

Gross is probably an understatement. Gruesome, savage, a stunning critique of society, maybe an allegory of survival... and maybe too metaphorical for its own good. I need answers! Who killed Big Aurora? Was it the Man? Why?

This books is totally gorgeous! So lovely with the illustration and watercolor painting technique that i can't stop to read it. But i can really say this books is really creepy me out. I just shocked when at first the little people go out from 'their original place'. This books is somehow reminds me about [b:The Complete Grimm's Fairy Tales|22917|The Complete Grimm's Fairy Tales|Jacob Grimm|http://images.gr-assets.com/books/1369540060s/22917.jpg|1855987]and it is not suitable for children :O

No blurb was enough to prepare me for what this was. Deeply disturbing, this will live on in my psyche for much longer than I would like.
