There was some funny bits, but not necessarily my kind of comedy.

It should be noted straight out the gate that this comic is extremely repetitive.

As the name might suggest, all of Alex's comics end with the phrase "oh no". This can get kind of old really fast. The joy of reading these comics on the internet is seeing what the newest way to make Blob say 'oh no' is going to be.

In book form....weeeeeeeeeeell.

Props to Alex for including some very real running gag/meta comics along the way?

Not an unpleasant read if you don't take it all in on one go. Maybe if you just open it to a random page, laugh, then go on with your day?

'oh no' by Alex Norris is a collection of comics with a recurring running joke that works more than you might think.

Based on a webcomic named Webcomic Name, the strips here follow a pink blob as they face embarassment, pessimism, disappointments, and other ails of modern life.

The art is simple, the situations are ironic and painfully familiar and the punchline is the same. There are even some meta comics about running gags. It's clever and fun and probably should be read in shorter sessions than I did.

Oh man. These comics will never stop being hilarious. Many I’d seen before, but many I hadn’t. With his cartoon-esque art style, his comic strips get right down the the point, and boy, is the point a little too real sometimes. He makes fun of his own strips, uses his comics to bring up relevant point in today’s society, and even goes so far so as to critique common phenomena around us and how we interact with it. Overall, it’s a funny, light-hearted collection that brings to light many important personal revelations.

Nämä Norrisin pienet, samaistuttavat sarjakuvat on hauskoja ja samaistuttavia. Kyllähän tälle ihan tuhahteli ja hymyili, mutta kirjana ehkä vähän liikaa, ainakin jos tämän plärää läpi kannesta kanteen kerralla kuten minä. Jo puolessa välissä vitsi kävi jo kuluneeksi, mutta kaipa sekin ihan oma syy, kun piti taas kerralla rohmuta.
