This is a very good erotic novella. I really like Elliot Cooper's books, and the cover is great. So although BDSM and watersports aren't kinks I'm especially drawn towards, I decided to read this. I'm so glad I did!

The setting is a motorcycle and BDSM club. There is some jargon from both areas in the story, which added flavor for me as an outsider, but was never confusing. Jay is a prospective member, a sub looking for a Dom. The club's leader tells him he needs to participate or stop coming, but Jay isn't interested in the group sex that goes on at the club. Because of the ultimatum, though, Jay goes home with Stag, the Dom he has had his eye on from the beginning.

Inexperience and/or virginity are often unspoken kinks in erotica and romance, and I like to read those stories too. But it was very refreshing to read about experienced characters for a change. Both Stag and Jay have been involved in BDSM for a while, and they're both still looking for their ideal match.

They both also come across as vulnerable. Stag wants to give Jay the best possible experience and to help him discover new parts of his sexuality. He struggles with his self-control a bit, so that he doesn't just act on his own desires without pleasing Jay. He pays very close attention at every moment to how Jay is feeling. Jay wants to be the best sub he can, and he doubts himself a few times, since he and Stag don't know each other very well yet. But their first encounter is satisfying for both of them, and I really believe they'll be happy together.

There is hardly any background detail about either of these characters' lives, but I didn't miss it. It's short, sexy, and a fun read.

This is the story of a thirsty twink called Jay. He has been part of a gay BDSM motorcycle club for some time. The Thunder Pigs MC president demands Jay be a brother as well by becoming the submissive boy for one of the dominant men or risk being kicked out of the club. Stag, a dominant man decides to rescue Jay from the situation. The good thing is that Jay has feelings for Stag already so something develops between them.

I picked up this book because I wanted to read something with watersports that also has domination and submission. I liked the watersports scenes and where the story was heading but could not help it about the lack of chemistry between the two main characters. I’m not sure why. I just did not feel their connection. They were close physically yet I felt they were far from each other emotionally. Something was missing. However, there are things that I appreciate the author adding like the contract and the use of safewords between the two characters in their new relationship. This is the first time I read something by this author. I will read more books to see if he has something that is more interesting.

Neat cover. Nice story. Too much telling. Short. Undeveloped.

Whoo-eee, that was intense for as short as it was. Plenty of emotions and so heavy on the heat.

Content warnings: on page sex (including oral, anal play), kink (including anal stretching, toys [specifically plugs and dildos], watersports [some marking by urinating, some drinking urine]), mentions of public sex, mentions of fisting, some panicky feelings about feeling abandoned, mentions of sub-drop.

This was a fun, kinky book that explored domination and fetishes that are probably not for everyone. I liked it a lot, especially the interaction between Jay and Stag. The writing was well done and I thoroughly enjoyed this story – especially the sex and kink portion of it.
