Heavy on the spice, but I think this book had more character development than the last one (either that or after 3 books I’m just growing more attached to the characters). There were a few points that seemed to lack character consistency or have questionable motives. Also some of what’s been building for a few books fell a little short of expectations (Dante + Ryder) and the last big death was questionable immediately, it happened too fast, by a minor villain, and so I felt like I saw right through that twist. That said, still an enjoyable and fast read.

How could they do that to my sweet gabriel?!!?! Also elsie now that youve got your stupid bloody elysian mate, find out how the fuck killed your brother. 3 books btw and she still dont bloody know! Also teehee Lance my man ate his appearance in this book down.
