Grumpy/sunshine paranormal MM romance

3.5 stars
It took me a while to get into this story at first because I was trying to figure out what was going on and the paranormal side of things weren't very well explained. I loved the two main characters and the grumpy/sunshine dynamic between them. I think the romance side of things was the strongest part of the novel; the plot itself and the world building could have done with some more development. Overall, an enjoyable read though I did skim the pages towards the end.

Amazing

This book was exactly what I was looking for. I was a bit hesitant because there were things I didn’t love from the first book. I was so pleasantly surprised, I loved it.

Prudence and Luca are perfect. I love them both, their relationship was amazing. I loved the romance, their background stories, the side characters and everything they went through.

The spice was great. When reading a book that involves pain and some degradation during sex, it has to be extremely well done for it to work. It absolutely worked in this book.

There were some things that were slightly confusing towards the end, but Im letting it go because i still loved everything about it.

Definitely recommend and cannot wait for the next one in the series.

Loved the audiobook, also 5⭐️

Un grand merci à l’auteure pour cet ARC et sa confiance.

Prudence dégageait tellement de charisme et de mystère dès le premier tome que j’avais envie de lui crier de se calmer, que c’était pas lui le personnage principal. "Attends ton livre, mec!"

Luca and Prudence… Damn, that is one hot couple.
Anyone who might have had a crush on casper will be in heaven. Pru knew exactly what buttons to push in order to get Luca going.
We get to know Pru’s story who me met in Bite Me! We knew he had a complicated past and it shows. He’s not out to fall in love and then there comes a pink-haired boy…
Those two have a hard fought for HEA and I couldn’t be happier.
Fae’s writing is one of a kind and her ability to paint a picture and set a mood is unmatched. Amazing story ❤️

Loveeed it! ❤️
This is my first book by Fae. I have two of her books waiting for me to read them but haven't got the chance yet. So when this one suddenly landed on my lap I thought this is a sign

This was a first for me from this author and honestly the beginning was a bit hard to follow and get into but the the story was well written and I was intrigued by the characters enough to stick it out.the heat and tension between the main MC are off the charts. I enjoyed them and the whole ghost aspect got he story a lot and I was laughing at times. Definitely enjoyed enough to pick up the next book from the author.

I received a free copy of this book via Indie Author Creative and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An fun exciting take in grumpy sunshine trope with ghosts added!! This was such a fun read. Fae has a way of using classic genres and throwing her own unique twist to make that genre even better! She was able to seamlessly combine many kinks without overwhelming the reader, which, let's be honest, doesn't happen often. Absolutely loved Luca & Prudence as separate characters and lover the two together even more, and I'm looking forward to more from the Spooky Boys!

I knew I was going to love this book and BEHOLD! I did. Luca and Prudence are the best. Grumpy, sexy, protective, possessive (I say with a chuckle because *ghost*). What's not to love? I will say that I found it weird that a moment in Luca's past was harped on so much but never really completely explained beyond the minimum. I kept expecting it to have more meaning than it ended up having. Either way, though, I freaking loved this story and I can't wait for the next one.

I really enjoyed this book. I found both Prue and Luca adorable in their own flawed ways.
The paranormal aspects of this story were fun and the steamy scenes were hot hot hot.
